Set what to 8 and 8? The brightness and contrast in the NVIDIA Control Panel? What about on the monitor's OSD itself?

What's the consensus on the best overdrive for this monitor? I would assume normal or extreme. I have also seen a lot of people say that extreme is surprisingly good on this monitor, considering Acer's extreme mode is typically poor. I am talking about without backlight strobing enabled at all.
