All of my wireless mice have "heavy" and "floaty" feeling and noticable input delay.
When i plug-in usb cable my mouse feels snappy and nice.
I use usb cable extender. My dongle is like in 7cm away from my mouse. What is going on?
Mice with this issues:
Fantech aria xd7
Fantech xd5
Cooler Master mm712
Darmoshark M3.
I disabled 2.4hz on my router and my smartphone.
I turned off Bluetooth on all of my wireless devices
I tried different usb ports
I tried turning on/off MSI mode in MSI Util
What is going on
All of my wireless mice have "heavy" and "floaty" feeling.

Your sensitivity to input lag and bad wireless implementation

Or you could try a wireless mouse from Logitech or Razer instead of your previous list of "we have wireless tech at home" mice.

Try some real wireless mouses, logitech g pro x superlight (2), razer viper v2 pro wireless... IF it will still keep lagging only in wireless spectrum, try spectrum analyser. In my old home there was weird whole band interference that even WiFi was running only few Mbps max at all channels with hard lags... But wireless mouses somehow worked in these conditions. Not only logitech x pro superlight but also the eblue mazer budget crap.
