makes me not want to buy zowies anymore, every zowie has high input lag according to this guy who reviews monitors

I wanted to come back to this after a guy sat down with me for free and helped diagnose my issue. My pc is fixed now thank god. It was a bios setting called Intel SpeedStep that was causing the issues. I'm not sure why it would cause such bad issues, but it does

Basic ops make a huge difference.

This is fresh formatted w11 with basic changes.
And ofcourse you can go with more advanced settings and make it even better.

Interesting. For both of those screenshots was anything running, were both usage scenarios the same?

Also, when you chenge settings to see kernel latency, does disabling speedstep have any effect on the results there?

That explains a lot.
I can't achieve such a delay with nvidia graphics card and intel 12/13 generation.
e-cores breaks everything.
and sometimes get that nvidia spikes for no reason.
