Just saw this Clip https://www.reddit.com/r/VALORANT/comme ... the_skyes/
reuploaded Clip cause Valorant Reddit mods removed it before Hiko could even react to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kTUGdE ... l=EVROLASH
This the most clearest Clip where you can see the Speedhack/Ferrari/Sliding over Floor movement where it's just impossible to target and hit the Enemy and you already rekt before even realize that. But this Shit happens always for Players who suffer InputLag and such Disadvantage but just in some sligthly different way and not so clear obviously for the eye like here in this one Clip but still noticeable and similar...
this remind me all on csgo clips like this and more similar which exist:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zwvQZH ... avidSmolar
CS2:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRcCoq0 ... =1nsane%2a
Is that all just a lag ? cause the movements animation of the skey are seem very clean and it don't looks like some lag or high ping spike to me for me but just enemy appears randomly at 5x faster for some second on the peek run/sliding than normal speed...
How to explain such behavior of speed changes and differences ? What you think guys is going on really in this Clip ? And please notice the Teammates (Jett) who are moving at very normal speed and everything seem alright with moving animation...
People still believe in Skill and Esports...
The comments are the most funny under this Reddit post...many still don't want to realize that this happens to many Players and not only in Valorant and that such random Enemy movement speed problem can full ruin you as Player and your Skill Experience if it happens for 24/7 to someone. They still believe that this all is just some ping diff (without even know the pings) or try to tell that it is probably one rarely moment of one time bug with yorus ult hahaha... It's all just crazy and can't be real in what stupid world we are living today...
We InputLaggers can easy show thousands of such moments "bug and ping diff" in many different games which happens to us for 24/7 and for many years already...just saying. but the real truth is...that there was never diff pings issue or lags or spikes or bug in all those clips which are looking very similar to this Reddit post. I personally can proof this and show many of such moments where i get rekt by very similar ferrari movements in many my Matches and i checked all the pings in the world and everything possible already but find zero logic in that all and still no explaination for such randomly speed behavior. even tested high ping and with packet losses and full lags its all the same and makes zero difference and i still dont get it how that all possible...
Im very surprised that many don't even mentioned about "peekers advantage" in that Reddit Post...that would be the highlight and probably the real reason hahaha

I have 2 PC Systems and 3 different Internet providers here and for some reason I never managed to recreate/reproduce this random behavior of speed animation and such movements on different custom servers from europa to usa...I used Clumsy for such Test and even tested with some VPN connections (NordVPN) and everything in many different ways...
If there still guys our there who believe that this all is caused just by some pings diff, lag , packet losses or peekers advantage or some magic bug...then please rethink your whole life and in what you believe.

Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
The valorant clip on shower clearly a ping spike either enemy or the player who record have spike. The inferno clip is a ping spike too you can clearly see hes ping spiked 30 to 31. Half of the players who cry about input lag have garbage internet.themagic wrote: ↑01 Oct 2024, 05:29I have 2 PC Systems and 3 different Internet providers here and for some reason I never managed to recreate/reproduce this random behavior of speed animation and such movements on different custom servers from europa to usa...I used Clumsy for such Test and even tested with some VPN connections (NordVPN) and everything in many different ways...

yes i know donk his internet from tomsk and his superior advantage talented gameplays with 100 stable ping where he run and gun the bots...looks like EU players like me never gonna have the luck of such good stable Russlan internet tech =/Lev1n wrote: ↑01 Oct 2024, 08:02The valorant clip on shower clearly a ping spike either enemy or the player who record have spike. wait i will post another 1000 clips and i want that you gonna answer on each of them and explain how bad the internet is in those each clips and where exactly the spikes happen with timeline code...
Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
But interesting opinion...
i just want to understand some logic in all this. cause im getting old and still remember the good old times where ping differences rly matter and it was all feelable and it for sure was not like this where players randomly move like michael jackson on speed with moonwalk at 5x speeded up forwarded and the server says: SRY DUDE BUT YOU ARE REKT before you even try to aim and do something against that shit.
on the other hand...there exist player who have almost no problem at all with that and they can sit in corners and different angles and still getting the easy kill on enemy that peeks them and it works normal for them in 90% most time of such moments...
weird shit guys happens in all this online esports games...if you ask me.

Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
CS2 similar issue previous week... A guy just crouchpeeks killing me without even bothering to finish his animation first. The biggest issue of CS2 shitty netcode due to desync and no reverse verification from other side (there is no compenstion of lagcompensation for peeked player neither server sided smoothening of high ping players). Happened at valve official server in MM for fun. Recorded with DJI Osmo 4 (60fps only to prevent overheating issues).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loQCOXoFc2A
(you can skip to 0:24, with 0.25 playback speed it sounds like after 7 beers )
edit: i forgot also to mention another biggest flaw of cs2 - random huge framespikes... No problem to have 30-70ms frametime spike when being in middle of... nothing. Inferno MM... 33ms frametime lag when going alone apps. Vertigo MM... 55ms frametime lag when peeked in middle of fight, or this DM... Looking to a wall to reset crosshair and... it just lags.

Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
Exactly that my Friend but i saw even worse Clips than that...with much more speed and peeking sliding steps and moments where the Model Physics of some Enemies completely like get messed up while peeking and still happens in CS2 and there exist crazy Screenshots of that but i can't find them right now...joseph_from_pilsen wrote: ↑01 Oct 2024, 11:19CS2 similar issue previous week... If you see such sliding speeded up movements then you can be 100% sure that you already get rekt and don't even need to try to aim and even shoot back... cause its useless and makes no impact more...
but such crazy enemy speeded up movements happens for me in each match in valorant and i think that explains why most of my hitreg dont rly connect because the enemy is on some like rly random speedhack on server (that how it feels) and he can easy eat all my bullets and at same time for some reason he can kill me with only 2-3 hits while i waste alle the 30 bullets and tryhard to aim his head.
its all just so messed up...if i only imagine how many players out there suffer such thing for 24/7 (its just crazy)
and on the other side of this medal:...some people just have very good time and don't so much often problem with that and everything works normal good with the hitreg and peeking and they just dont see it so frequently and such bullshit happens rarely to them if compare to other unlucky players like me...
Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
It does make me laugh, Reddit users who have no real clue always state "its ping", when really of course ping between 2 players are different, but difference between 20ms and 60ms is literally almost unfathomable in real terms, what you see between the 2 screens is much more different lol.
And yes I agree those who don't suffer from this will always have better kill ratio than someone who doesn't, even if the other player is more skilled. Most people who suffer from this have absolutely no idea it's happening, they just think everyone else is amazing. And then there's us, who notice it and goes crazy trying to fix it.

Re: Interesting Valorant Video and Speed Movement...
Bros I found the solution. Quit reddit, quit valorant, hit the gym, get a good woman and win in life. They made the netcode shit on purpose so you can have a good life.
But back to the topic, in this video he doesn't have all the graphs out. Throughout my testing this stuff before I quit this game, this movement happened most likely because there's a choke/throttle in the incoming/outgoing packets for(i think it's more likely incoming) a fraction of a second. The game is just guessing that the skye kept moving towards the wall, but then received a packet and there was a move correction - thus the incredible adjustment in speed to the opposite side found in this clip. But I get what you're saying, the player models still move too fast and hit registry feels so off even when there are no chokes - we all feel it way too often
The problem is that something in the netcode or game engine is messing up with the lag compensation/interpolation and you get fast movements with sluggish hitreg in 90% of matches. To me, it looks like a problem with client/server side buffering - sometimes I was manually able to fix it by simulating packet loss, ping spikes, changing resolution back and forth, changing network buffering setting, increasing ping, restarting the game mid match, changing the FPS on the client. Sometimes this could also make it worse too so fiddling with the delicate engine was a risky coin toss.
This problem is universal and applies to everyone - most don't notice it, are compliant or ignorant about it or have quit the game entirely. Honestly I think it even impacts the game on LAN and the esports scene is a joke because of it. 4 years and they haven't bothered to deep dive into this, but for League of Legends they once did some magical shit in a tournament. It just shows Riot shows more love and sends more resources for their favorite baby instead of Valorant. They don't see it as a necessary issue to fix, it would take way more resources so they divert focus on skins. Even replay system taking this long an absolute joke, they probably have 2 part-time engineers working on it as a medium/low priority project with one halfassed project manager - this means they put only a few hours into it in a quarter
Thus we came back to my first paragraph. It's a feature, not a bug. Enjoy life bros. Life is prettier when you escape Riot Games.
