Don't think it's applicable for win 10 but for win11 I meant that you musn't do the old trick of disabling full screen optimizations and disabling mpo and instead deleting the flags folder for that game and it will reset the disabling optimizations trick and return it back to default which is fso + mpo which should be best.

You can also check your present mode with present mon and if it says hardware composed flip or hardware composed independent flip it should be correct.
