Hi all, I was able to troubleshoot the desync/floaty mouse/input lag problem
I was unable to fix this on windows 11, my motherboard officially supports windows 10.
I had a machenike s15c laptop that officially supports windows 11 and everything was fine on it. But I had to disable driver updates anyway to keep the system stable. (And in bios practically nothing touched except clearing TPM and SecureBoot keys).
I'm sorry but I don't know English very well and for this reason I can't explain sequentially what to do to fix it. Feel free to ask questions and I will try to answer.
I do not recommend purchasing a hyperx mouse.

0. You must have the latest version of the bios
1. what I did was to create a bootable flash drive with windows 10 through the program rufus (I downloaded Windows ShutUp and DDU software to the flash drive in advance).
When creating a bootable flash drive, you need to select GPT/UEFI in rufus
2. cleaned up the main disk via diskpart and converted it to gpt https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ... a-gpt-disk
3. reset cmos/bios
tpm - disabled / pending operation - tpm clear
secure boot - disabled / default keys
SVM - disabled
XMP/DOCP - enabled
CSM Support - default (No need to disable it, leave the default setting)
4. Install the system without internet, after installation you need to run Windows ShutUp and set the recommended values and disable driver updates

Next, run DDU and disable driver updates. https://imgur.com/M2Pawjx
5. Download and install the drivers for the motherboard from the official website of the manufacturer, obviously you need to write your model of the motherboard in Google and there you will find what you need.
Download the latest driver for your GPU and install without the NVIDIA APP app and check the clean install box.
6. Update all apps via the Microsoft Store as we need to have up to date versions of Xbox services without them the gaming experience is terrible and I don't know why that is so... But if you enter “sys_info” in DeadLock/Dota2/CS2 console they all support xbox services and you will see the status of these services in the game.
In the time settings, select your time zone and click on “synchronize”.

8. In game NVIDIA Reflex is disabled, fps_max 400 (default), in launch options “+cl_showfps 1 -allow_third_party_software”
res - 1280x960, r_fullscreen_gamma 1.6
9. Internet public mode

10. you need to change the power plan in the system settings - https://imgur.com/pm32ekf

11. plug your mouse into the port that is connected to the processor if you have AMD, and plug your keyboard into the port that is connected to the chipset.
For Intel users, you need to plug your mouse into a separate controller to which nothing but the mouse is connected.

12. put FPS profile in monitor settings and increase OverDrive.
I hope this solves the problem for someone. Good luck, everyone. My mouse: Lamzu OG v2

mobo - asus rog crosshair vi extreme
gpu - rtx 3090 24gb
(I've tried to write everything consistently and I hope I haven't forgotten anything, but you are welcome to ask questions)

Re: I fix desync/input lag/floaty mouse etc.
And after, no floaty mouse?
Re: I fix desync/input lag/floaty mouse etc.
Provided you don't have perception and prejudice issues, and you should have the proper skates and mousepad for micro-control.
High humidity can ruin mouse tracking on the mouse pad.
keep the mousepad in good condition/keep the mouse sensor clean
I'll dispel one myth with binding drivers to specific cores is pointless when you have a high-performance processor and when the system is working properly your drivers automatically select the best core.
And the latency between cores is extremely low - https://github.com/nviennot/core-to-core-latency

Re: I fix desync/input lag/floaty mouse etc.
true i said it in one of my post aswell windows instalation affects binding things to cores on win11 is binds my network to cpu 0 lol everything should work “togheter” no device should be above one another in a pc and i mentioned injecting the current drivers instead of windows drivers into the iso (similar to what u did by preventing downloads and using newest) on win10 i get the 2015 driver for my realtek good findings this is how you shouldninstall windows to work properly or as a base ground for fanatics of anomalies to dig deeper as it removes a lot of troubleshootingnaporitan wrote: ↑28 Mar 2025, 07:23Provided you don't have perception and prejudice issues, and you should have the proper skates and mousepad for pixel-aiming.
