I recently downloaded a slimming software for radeon installations and noticed when I disabled OpenCL driver, the overall feel of games/mouse became closer to 1:1. I'd usually feel some kind of drag or input lag.

I disabled everything except Display driver and AMD/catalyst settings.
I'd be curios if anyone else could replicate this. Specifically to the OpenCL(part of display driver component).
I also use " bcdedit /set tscsyncpolicy legacy ", this may just be personal preference. With "enhanced" the latency/input lag is probably the same but my aiming/mouse tend to drift less.
Current system: 5800x3d and 6700xt
openCL and radeon
Everything about latency. This section is mainly user/consumer discussion. (Peer-reviewed scientific discussion should go in Laboratory section). Tips, mouse lag, display lag, game engine lag, network lag, whole input lag chain, VSYNC OFF vs VSYNC ON, and more! Input Lag Articles on Blur Busters.
