One thing has been bothering me for a long time: input lag, fell a little unresponsive, the mouse is not as light as I would like it to be. I've been playing Counter Strike for many years.Now im 3300 elo faceit in cs2. About 8 months ago im buying new pc with 9800x3d but I didn't have enough money for a better card and I currently have an RTX 3080 and playing res. 1280x960 stretched, question is simple: when my gpu work in game around 99% gpu usage most of the time then its bad for input lag yes? when my gpu will be usage max let's say around 50-70(max 90%) then my game will be more responsive and less input lag yes? Is this true? I'd appreciate it if someone who knows the answer could tell me.

ps. HAGS in windows help me much with this input lag, delay mouse, sooo it might be what I wrote, right? i buy lets say hm..5080 and then my game will be more responsive and better feeling than with the rtx 3080?
