Hello. In latest driver release Nvidia added increased DPC latency to their open issues.
I was never interested in this but since changing platform to z790 13700k and ddr5 (i kept mine rtx 3080) my mouse started sttuttering and audio crackling etc At times it feels like mouse fluctuates between 500-1000hz polling rate and sometimes its straight up big stutter.
Im on Windows 11 22H2 and my LatencyMon results are all over the place, i get red warning and my mouse stutters a lot more during testing compared to normal use.
Im using High performance power plan and Core isolation (memory integrity) disabled - thats my only Windows tweaking.
These are my results after just 2 minutes of testing. I had only Edge, Discord and Spotify open. My current playing music started to crackling a lot during testing.
Please help me and post your results and your specs, you can measure just 2 minutes like me and have it working when you are just browsing internet, i will really appreciate it.
Nvidia acknowledged DPC latency issue - help me with your results
Re: Nvidia acknowledged DPC latency issue - help me with your results
Close Spotify and Discord! Discord is known to cause DPC spikes. Retest and if the issue still persists, there are other things you can try out.

w11 is worse for input, try to install clean w10 or use ReviOS 10, GGOS 0.9.4 (with patch), Atlas OS.ayoo wrote: ↑09 Feb 2023, 00:56Hello. In latest driver release Nvidia added increased DPC latency to their open issues.

1) Try that viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11445
2) Disable C-state and another power options in bios
3) Delete driver via Display Driver Uninstaller and install it via NVCleanstall
3) Try install old driver like 472.12 or 512.15
4) Enable msi-mode for gpu and try to use interrupt affinity (you can find guide about it in Calipto Latency guide)
5) Use Ultimate Perfomance powerplan (powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61)
6) bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
7) make sure bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock and bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformtick
8) Disable High Definition Nvidia driver

I have got rid of the problem by disabling D0 packet coalescing. https://thegeekpage.com/high-dpc-latency-on-windows-10/

Guys Nvidia is aware of high DPC latencies it is even clear in the drivers notes have been the same for a while now

still having the same problem with audio try turning it off just for the audio driver
still the same issue i recommend trying this
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BsPvry ... sp=sharing
virus total scan:https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/f7cc ... ?nocache=1
it fixed my issue when i had the same problem a while back these values are what worked best for most people
you can still mess around with different Win32PrioritySeparation values but this is what i recommend.
Re: Nvidia acknowledged DPC latency issue - help me with your results
on my machine this is apparently solely caused by the gpu downclocking/powersaving when a game isn't running.
chrome, discord, audacity, steam running, no game running:
8 minutes actually playing valorant:
6.5 minutes of chrome, discord, audacity, steam, with valorant running windowed in the background at 30fps:
