Slightly offtopic but on the topic of usb cards:
I just purchased a pcie usb card along with a 8kHz keyboard (I have 4kHz mouse as well). Do you guys plug additional power to the usb card or is the pcie lane enough? (it's x1 slot)

What about USB Power Settings? have you disabled the powersaving features? e.g. Selective Suspend etc

All turned off bios and windows ^^
Btw i've tested with the V4 mouse tester and it doesn't look too bad https://gyazo.com/ab2fc83f738b94bd88e95a6f6da92378 what do you think ? So mouse tester V5 might have some trouble with my setup ?

What are that spikes? i have them if i put 500hz, and i have them if i put 1000hz...
Nothing changes if i use separated different usb controller for mouse and keyboard...

I swap my 5900X for an 13900KF but all my USB port seems to be really unstable no matter what i've tried to do to fix it.

I don't have my old graph but in my mind it was lot more stable on 5900X
