try disabling the MSI mod via MSI_util, there is no lateral scaling on the I219V because of this, I have a bad registration in games, disabling the MSI mode the connection becomes stable, I also recommend increasing the transfer and reception buffers, which will also affect better network performance, but know that the receive buffer should be less than the transfer buffer.
so is this the solution ? disabling msi mode and increasing values ? my transmit and receive buffers can go up to 4092. what should i use as values ?
For this particular issue, I can actually put it to bed.

Thanks to the users comment regarding MSI mode, my issue was the opposite in regard to unchecking, I had unchecked a few options in msi util and Ethernet was one of them.

So in my case, taking Ethernet off msi mode caused all this yet I can see how the former would be true also.

Basically if you’re having the same issue as I listed here, toggle the msi mode for your driver as I haven’t had this problem since.

Saying that though, it’s pretty interesting how this issue freaked out the bios.
so i have integrated Realtek RTL8111H on my asus mobo should be msi mode on ,also should RSS be on and what about transmit / receive buffers values?
i made a post about realtek cards, chek it out viewtopic.php?f=10&t=13429

I couldn’t say tbh. My advice would be try msi mode on and off then try to download a game or something, which puts strain on the network connection. That’s what used to cause my Ethernet to fully disconnect and affect the bios. If your issue isn’t identical to mine, I wouldn’t even mess with it.

I don't know why the reception and transmission buffers can affect the game so much regarding the hitreg and the feeling of movement in the game. I followed the advice of the person above who published a site of a person with internet settings on the control panel.
The only thing I changed, I put 96 (as the person on the site explains) for both transmission and reception instead of 512 and 1024 by default.

2.5 gigabyte optical fiber in category 5 utp ethernet cable (at the moment I'm trying this one following comments from someone on this forum recently) instead of a cat 8 sftp cable. intel ethernet connection (17) 1219-v

I have played a game for the moment with these parameters on Faceit I finished 1st with a ratio of 2 in level 10 Faceit while I assure you that these last 3 days I have been extremely bad

to be refined to be monitored to be confirmed

I also specify that although my connection is 2.5 Giga my motherboard only takes 1 Giga of speed (I bought a Wavlink usb extension to have the 2.5 Giga but I have not used it lately because I try the category 5 UTP cable and it cannot go up to 2.5Giga) so on my box for 1Giga I am on an ethernet slot which offers 1 Giga max

@JimCarry

I removed no energy saving or anything. The only thing I changed was transmit and receive.

@JimCarry

I have absolutely no idea, I don't have the knowledge. sorry bro...
I was just testifying to the impact of the reception and emission buffers in my case following the sharing of the website above
