I didn't post it because of the author of the video or because I am his fanboy, but because of his testing methodology and how accurate and educational it is and if you are saying that these people know nothing about pcs then I don't know what else to say. The choice is yours, to trust the pure facts or your subjective feelings. On the first video you posted, as I already said, with a naked eye you can see that there is mouse acceleration. Also the screen is captured, not recorded on the video camera, which is low quality one and that basically means that what is happening on your screen is not in sync with the recorded mouse movement and you cannot measure it by any way because of too many incalculable variables.
If your cursor is dragging upside by itself when there is no movement upside maybe you have a problem with your LOD, your sensor at all, or maybe you can try cleaning or changing your mousepad. Not joking. Sometimes it's something really simple what we don't suspect as the cause of the issue.

Logitech G203
Logitech G403 Hero
Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed - wireless
EVGA x17

Thats all the mouse i own because i like G203 (its small) the other are new not used mouse all purchased just for test they all same.
Every mouse from that list is sliding upside because of dirt on new mouse? I dont think so… I am 100% sure this is not mouse issue… Acceleration is off.
Only few players (i do not know what pro player using it) play with accelaration so mention that is realy strange. Most Gamers turning this off in the game and on the desktop after fresh instal same like i do.

I remember back in the day ppl saying that human eye cant sense more than 60FPS look where we at now. It realy offend me when someone saying that i cant benchmark mouse movement (not mouse) on desktop/game and so on.
For example my wife says that my mouse is perfect (well shee is not a gamer) compare what shee is use to (working on laptop 60Hz screen and so on) Is this mean that my mouse is ok or you are in same bracket as my wife…

If your mouse is somehow sliding upside when you are not moving in that direction is not equal to input lag, infact there is no lag in this issue at all. It's weird though, I have had that kind of an issue when my mouse jumped downside and I narrowed it down to worn mousepad. Immediately after I bought new one the issue dissapeared. It was because my mousepad was worn out and with combination with my sweaty hands the mousepad was turning into a mirror and it was making the sensor of the mouse go crazy. Anyway you can make a video of your issue and post it here so we can diagnose it together and see if we can figure out what causes it.

I know it may sound offensive when you consider yourself good in whatever game you compete in, but agree with me that God forbid you go to a doctor and he gives you a diagnosis without the necessary tests, just because he thinks he is good enough at his job and is a great specialist. Everything has to be tested and proved, this is how problem solving is done. Everything subjective has to be put aside. This is what many people here don't understand. That sometimes things have really simple explanation and solution can be found really easy. Sometimes things are obvious, you are just not willing to accept it. I am done here, there is nothing more I can write, unless ofc if you post a video with your problem and I can help you out with it. I really didn't mind to offend you our anybody else in any way. Greetings and I really hope you will find a solution to your problems!
