The problem is that you mention csgo, this game has really terrible netcode. In china hardcore players with 4ms fiber and 2ms jitter intentionally use VPN to singapore to have at least 30-40ms like others and not being DISadvantaged.
Maybe in china goverment is monitoring all users traffic and because of this anyone is disadavanteged?
Ping (or ICMP) is not solid proof for gaming. You can suck with 30ms and be ok with 150ms. At work I have same 50-60 ping as at home, but at home I have big desync.
can u help me how i can setup my openvpn i bought vps plz?

Man i just trust you and i will be glad if u can explain me perfectly what you as i said before im not a big expert in these things (as my english). Did u rent ur VPS? Or u made it with linux? I tried chief's 1.1.1.1 vpn and it made ofc an improvement on online games, and i would love try exactly what u did.. @triplese
1. Buy VPS (OVH is ok) and choose latest ubuntu.
2. Wait for login and password which will be send on your e-mail.
3. Login to your VPS via KVM or PuTTy (just copy paste IP, type login and password and you're in).
4. Give yourself root rights with "sudo su -"
5. Update Linux with "apt-get update" https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resource ... ux-system/
6. Install openvpn for Ubuntu 22 https://openvpn.net/vpn-software-packages/
7. After installation check your link (something like https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:943/admin) login and password, it will be shown in the terminal after installation. Log in and check if VPN is on.
8. Download https://openvpn.net/client-connect-vpn-for-windows/ and Login via URL (the same you used to log in the web browser)

PS. You can also change your passwords just in case. Find out how by yourself, it's not difficult.
i just bought vps and i login with my vps ip and password to Putty but then i stuck can u help me plz?
I seriously think i need a video tutorial for do all these steps man  ... as i said before im so sorry but my knowledge about Putty / ubuntu / and stuff is really poor... i saw for example that where i live (Italy, Milan) there is an amazon vps (aws i think), ovh seems like doesnt cover my city.. btw the real problem is that i think i can't do all these steps without help. :(((
