can't find any real data - Philips Momentum 559M1RYV

Everyone is saying 1.5ms via display port and 2.4ms via hdmi 2.0.... No where have I found a source of where they are finding these values. Actually some people were so quick to write reviews they put as much as 14ms and 33ms(tomshardware) with no actual test images or tables, just a paragraph and a line saying 33ms on the 43" model, yet momentum doesn't make a 43" model.
