Try to find advanced settings tab and access it on your BIOS, if you only have a couple of settings available there then there should be a shortcut to unlock the the majority of the settings. While on the 'Advanced' tab try holding down left-alt, then pressing Right-ctrl, Right-shift, then F2.
If it did not work, then a simple search on google "How to access advanced bios settings in MSI motherboard "your mobo name"" should give you multiple approaches. I'm sorry I haven't used discord in a while can't even remember my username, but i'll try to help you to the best of my ability through this thread.
P.S. Please include the entirety of the sensors panels in your screenshots, I want to check on your voltages and I can only see temps and power consumption with what you included.
