there may be hundreds of reasons for this, new systems and bios were designed with default settings to focus on energy saving, previously there were much fewer settings.
Same thing here, I watch a lot of Valorant twitch streams and also youtube videos, they'r all faster than my game, looks like I play x0.9 or x0.8 speedTN_fun wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 13:08Hey guys, how about recording game play. I'm not talking about input lag (but it's related stuff), so does the gameplay footage from the game look the same to you, from different PC builds?
For example, I see people, and their games, gameplay, on the record (this is a record from the game, not the screen, i.e. shadowplay, obs, etc.) looks completely different. For me, it's like the speed of everything in the game is 1.1 or 1.15.
For example this guy https://www.youtube.com/c/TristanKilla2020 , there are others. Moreover, people not only with PCs have such gameplay, there are also consoles, for example, PS5. To me, their games look like they're faster, everything in the game, all the physics, etc. Have you noticed this in yourself or someone else?
For example, I noticed something similar in myself, in singleplayer games, but it lasted literally seconds. Everything in the game literally accelerated and looked like the videos from the people above.
Yes, it's game speed, but it's not settings or RAM speed. You can even watch recordings of games from PS5 and they look different for different people.Sirito wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 14:26Same thing here, I watch a lot of Valorant twitch streams and also youtube videos, they'r all faster than my game, looks like I play x0.9 or x0.8 speedTN_fun wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 13:08Hey guys, how about recording game play. I searched on this topic and people said it was ram timing and speed, I made a lot of changes in bios and nothing changed the speed for me, I'm in a huge disadvantage...
Do you have any idea what could be the problem? it is not input lag I'm sureTN_fun wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 15:11Yes, it's game speed, but it's not settings or RAM speed. This is the first time I'm am hearing about the A2 A4 slot thing - can you elaborate. I have an Asus mobo.Slender wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 07:33there may be hundreds of reasons for this, new systems and bios were designed with default settings to focus on energy saving, previously there were much fewer settings.
I myself currently own the i7-12700kf and it feels MUCH worse than the i7-9700kf.
In my plans to try 5800x
In general, there is a problem on the ASUS mobo that a2 a4 slots give strange mouse behavior.
