5800x vs 12700K competitive fps player

The 12700k does perform better in those games. I have a 5600X and i'll personally never buy another AMD CPU again unless they get rid of the infinity fabric. Ryzen CPUs perform terribly in latency sensitive games that don't fit in the cache because of the infinity fabric latency. That's also why I have absolutely zero interest in Zen 4 CPUs.

During the brief time he was with TL, he has given stellar performances while adapting to the sponsored gears that he's not used to (razer iirc). He's so god damn good that he's above it all.

Do you have 12700k to say it's better?
all these tests were carried out on the default bios settings with pbo. FPS does not drop at fixed values.
I currently have a 12700k and a z690.
There is nothing worse than this.

What exactly is misleading in what I wrote? That 5900x footage was taken from a competitive battlefield player's stream (his name is Silk). I know for a fact that his 5900x is properly tuned, and he gets better fps than other Battlefield streamers like ProLosco that use the same CPU.

The problem is probably your motherboard/skill at tuning ram. I have 2 b.die kits. 2x8gb 3600c16 and 2x16gb 3200c14. Both feel good, run same timings/freq. 2x8gb kit can run 1T G1 at max frequency imc can handle and requires a little less voltag, but that's it.

My end config for both kits is 3900c15 with the exact same sub timings. Mouse feels exactly the same.
