What about other games? Same issues?

There are no magical settings or tweaks, most pros only change nvidia / amd max performance and precise mouse pointer setting. That's it, you can watch proofs on YouTube

This pc is not good at all...
CSGO stutters on anything below 10700K/11600K/12400 (or worse than ryzen 5600 at AMD). Also fast ram with dual channel and 3200Mhz+ needed. Once i played at 2400mhz stock rams in single channel when my second memory was broken and it was... meh. Unable to hit anything.

Thats not true at all i was playing on i7 7700,z270, game was smooth as hell just FPS was sometime droping to 200. Now i am on 5600x 3060ti 16GB RAM 3600MHz ( i cant use 3600MHz) game is unplayable so i have to lower RAM to 2133MHz.
Allready try to get i7 7700 on second hand market and gues what the price is same as for ryzen 5600x new one why you think is that?

between 7700 and 7500 is huge difference. The 8 thread 7700 still so so can run csgo fluently but the 7500 just stutters. I have played on similar setup and it wasnt very playable, the fps were too unstable and game stuttered.

What input devices do you have and what Hz are you running them at?

My mouse gets incredibly accurate when I run my keyboard at 125Hz and my mouse at 8000Hz
