Is this normal ?
High Performance mode
Disable C-states , Intel speedstep
Disable power saving for usb's
No bcdedit commands
Tried 3 mice Zowie S1 , Logitech G403 Hero , Zowie ec-2a
Same result every time with all mice

What motherboard do you have? Are you using a USB PCIE card or the dedicated USB ports?

Asus B660M-A D4 ,today i bought some USB PCIE card - Orico PNU-3A1R-BK-BP - ,hz result is the same + internet port doesnt work ;D

Ok interesting... did you move your mouse in a circle fast? Or slow? This graph looks like you moved it slow. If you move your mouse slow, it will decrease its pollingrate based on the speed. That's what all mice do. Just wanna rule that out.

Sorry I'm a bit Late ^^
That was the reason why it looked like that. Thats completely normal!!! The little stutter there is normal too. Just type in the CPI count after the stutter. I saw its at around 1500 CPI. Type in 1500CPI inside "data point start" and you will see the correct graphs.
