No one size fits all, disable all power saving, same with bios, set clocks, disable anything you don’t need, disable anything you don’t need running in Windows, generally the less the better

Disable adaptive sync on x25f, use a decent hdmi cable, set response time, play with sharpness (this makes a noticeable difference on this monitor)

General consensus is the shorter the better, and a thicker shielded one should also be best too, if a 1 meter cable can reach, use that

Also, I'm not sure why HDMI is being suggested. In my experience, most gaming monitors are better off with a good quality DisplayPort cable rather than HDMI.
