Intel Vs AMD

Hi guys, looking to do a new build and wondering if there are any input lag/frametime differences in AMD or Intel at similar FPS. Looking at the 13700k vs the amd 7700x and both get similar fps in most games I play just wondering if there are any input lag differences?

Intel wins in per-core performance, which will result in better gaming performance.

Intel is ahead with DDR4 latency times, but newest gen is DDR5 with similar latency times to AMD DDR4. Lowest input lag could be previous gen Intel running low latency DDR4.
