you can probably modify rinput to add some lag, but i wouldn't really know how to format a test

Have three keys, One would be a "Palate Clenser" with no effects and the others would be the ones you have to choose between. when you have finished running around bhopping or what ever, you could choose which one of the two would be the laggest with a middle click or something of that nature. Having it be done with something like rinput and a simple config file would be amazing because you could use pretty much any game...

First try on 5ms, but I play counter strike pretty competitively. (I think the one miss is because I accidentally right clicked and that selects a side for you)
