apex legends not smooth

I've been having weird issues with this game. Not with others. It seems when i move my mouse, it starts to micro-stutter, making my screen and feeling of the mouse not as smooth. More of a delay feeling. While scrolling tru r/apexlegends it seems that i'm not the only one. This "issue" downgrate the fun of this game. I never had this issue untill i switched over from PS4 to PC. I can vouch for 100% that my PC is fine and good enough to maintain 144FPS. Especially when other games feel way smoother. Even on 100FPS!

I've seen frametime issues on this game, However RTSS doesn't make this bad feeling any better. It still has some sort of delay, as a example when pressing "q", Shooting, wall-jumping. This game doesn't feel right.

Playing on firing range seems to damp the issues. Perfectly smooth! I think arena's where "fine" too. But as soon i join a match it starts the things i mentioned above me ^^

Edit: I saw multiple reddit post's from people with the same issues on higher specs. I do not think that this is a hardware issue for this game.

Specs: 1080ti, r5 3600, 16gb 3600mhz cl16

Do you have an Nvidia GPU with Geforce Experience installed? If so, there's a bug on the newer versions of Geforce Experience that causes stuttering in Apex Legends. If you use GFE Experience 3.25 or older the stuttering goes away.

What are your PC specs? When something like this happens, usually it means your PC actually CANNOT handle the game properly. Why do I say this? Because I have someone who is reporting the same issue, yet I downloaded Apex on my PC, cranked everything to Ultra and both firing range and standard matches feel 100% identical for me. Keep in mind my specs are pretty "high end" (enough) though: i9 10850k, 32GB 3600Mhz CL16, 2080 Ti here.

What is your GPU usage like around when the stuttering happens?

The game and/or server sometimes has issues. Your stuttering maybe related to the loss packet.

if you want to test this setting, try to play apex at DX12:
Go to your library and right-click on Apex Legends.
From there, select Properties.
Add the line “-eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX12.json” to Launch Options.
Close the properties window and you’re done.

Somewhat made it better by using a "low-latency-high-fps" autoexec. But now i get tearing/jittery screen when looking at certain directions which make it choppy again

Have you replaced the thermal paste on that 1080ti? The paste on my 1080 when I replaced it 2 years ago was dry and powder-like, causing it to thermal throttle and stutter in high FPS games. After replacing the thermal paste it returned to normal performance.
