It's definitely not Core Parking as mine are unparked (at least the one you can check in resource monitor, parkcontrol).
It does seem like another power saving technique is being disabled when this stress test runs like schizobeyondpills/Chief mentioned.
It may be useful to figure out which one, since it seems fairly hidden. I have the following on my system:
-windows powerplan is maximized for performance using popular internet power plans
-all the hidden bios settings are tweaked as much as realistically possible using GRUB
-no core parking
-idle disabled
I'll ask the Aida team, maybe they will be nice enough to share what their stress test modifies in terms of powersaving features.
Without stressing the FPU, the temps don't go above 70c for the Aida stress test on my current settings so it's quite manageable.
