That’s if he’s said he uses it, I’d assume no?

The monitor timings may be different on that particular display model depending on whether you're using an Nvidia or AMD GPU, with or without VRR mode engaged.

As you and others have already suggested, he'll need to inspect and compare native monitor timings between the two GPUs via CRU.

I was having similar issues with my mouse for some reason. I fixed it by changing my mouse and GPU affinity.

Basically, run LatencyMon for a minute, and then run AutoGpuAffinity.

In LatencyMon, check which cores have the least amount of activity. AutoGpuAffinity should tell you which core you have is the fastest.

Now, for the GPU, you will set its Affinity to your fastest core using Affinity Policy Tool. Make sure to use a core and not a thread. Now, check LatencyMon to see which physical core is the least active. Set your mouse affinity to that core using Affinity Policy Tool.

Some people say to set mouse and GPU to same core, some people do not. Just make sure you do not set any hubs or full pcie lanes to a core, as you want to do this with specific devices to get the best results.

Open the program with each gpu installed, screenshot each and post here
