Error - Driver cannot be loaded,re-installing the program may fix the issue.

After looking around at various settings to reduce latency, at the end of the day I just stick to users who have external latency tests to backup their claims otherwise you don't know how much latency is reduced.

This is interrupt moderation for Intel USB xhci controllers, Windows 8 and 10 both use 50 microsecond (us) interrupt moderation rate by default. It might help if you have mouse with more than 1000hz polling rate otherwise won't do much.

That's what I'm saying, it doesn't unless you have 8000hz mouse.
