cs2 low cpu/gpu usage

Hello everyone,

I have been tweaking around since cs2 came out but just realized it seems the game is not really using the full ressources available.

So far, I have done most tweaks you can find on the most known gaming guides (github, calypto...)

Would you know what could I do so I get extra juice from my comp?

FYI, CPU= i7-8700k
GPU= 1660 super
RAM = 16g (XMP on)
Hard drive= SSD not NVMe

Look at individual core usage with perfmon.
