This has finally come to and end
This has finally come to and end
Hey everyone. Some of you probably read my input lag delay or whatever posts on here. I have been trying a lot of different things. Last night, I went to my friends house to finally see what my game works like and could it be that it is related to a place where I am, internet connection, hardware, software, whatever. He has 4k elo on faceit which tells me that he doesn't have any issues with his performance. This guy started playing long after I did, and he became a monster at this game. Long story short, it was all the same. Not a slight difference in any aspect of the game. I couldnt connect any shots, I couldnt win battles, I couldnt give any impact to my team. One game was enough for me to realize. All this time and resource consuming journey in the hope of finding this imaginary solution havent been profitable for me in any sense of the game. All the times where I was performing greatly was just a placebo after I changed or tweaked something. It was not in itself a fix for anything. Just my mind bluffing. So I realized that I need to stop with this. I disassembled my whole configuration and put it on sale. I am certain that I can't find a fix for something that doesn't actually exist. I am bad at the game for whatever the reason, and as hard as it sounds for me to make it acceptable, I have come to terms with it. I just dont have it in me. I stopped having fun playing long time ago, as I am usually losing, so there is not one more reason for me to be trying. Hell, there are people that have 50% less time in this game, play on default settings with not so special equipment , and they could destroy me in any aspect of it. I finally found the root problem of it all. Its not hardware, software, internet, EMI, or whatever, it is myself.
However, I feel really bad for some of you that dont lack skills but cannot play due to whatever factors. I sincerely wish you all to find the fix and enjoy gaming like you used to. In these couple of weeks, I read a lot of stories here, which were all part of my realization about my problem also. I wish you all a succesful journey. Thank you all for providing the great amount of information which was very valuable to me. My end of the story with gaming stops here, I will be looking into some other things which does not include anything related to PC's. Take care of yourselves and dont lose your health over something. Gl and hf.^^

Did you know that transplanted body parts such as a hand or heart can evoke the donor's memories and habits? Our body is complex and still not fully understood. Also there are people that can't wear battery watches because they get discharged quickly and start malfunctioning. It's a known issue for experienced watchmakers.
It's not like I fully agree with you but I want to mention situations that may give you food for thought. I come from Central Europe but I had an opportunity to play on my laptop in China and guess what? It was EXACTLY the same like at my home, which means choppy mouse movement, sluggish gameplay, desync, incorrect hitreg. The consistency of the issue is really disturbing me because I've never felt that it was slighly better or slighly worse depending on where I played. It's been complete garbage gameplay always BUT this never happened on laptops or computers that didn't belong to me. Perhaps I should try to play little bit longer than just several minutes. Interesting, right?
Second situation I had when I let my little sister play Valorant on my PC and guess what? She was top fragging with no sweat, completely demolishing enemies despite lack of knowledge how to hold corners and or how to move on the map. Her enemies had poor reaction times and hitreg was on spot all the time. I know this is kinda funny but I found posts on reddit and other forums that described similar experiences.
Before you say that I know shit about gaming, on a good day (which happens super rare) I was able to make 54 kills and 100% headshots in CS2 DM so I believe it's kind of proof that I can actually shoot.
Draw your own conclusions.

Was your sister playing on your account?
Re: This has finally come to and end
i understand what you mean. i've tested everything in 4 different locations as well, and there's been no change in gameplay anywhere. i also had this problem when playing on LANs, while my teammates had a clean game. I had the opportunity to play on a friend's computer and his Steam account, and I saw what a clean game means. imagine, since 2014 I cannot fix this problem. i don't even have anything more to say
Re: This has finally come to and end
Have you thought about your sister that that day she quoued with the enemis that dont know how to hold angles or peek or whatever? This thing about DM that you mentioned is completely irrelevant. People on DM are usually warming up there, which means they are not so serious about holding the angles and movements, they are just going around the map to get some kills before playing matches. With all due respect, all the points that you have mentioned are irrelevant, this *problem* prevails and gets always the win at the end, so my biggest assumption would be that it is not about setup or anything, just your own lack of skills against certain playerscursed-gamer wrote: ↑10 Jan 2024, 20:29Did you know that transplanted body parts such as a hand or heart can evoke the donor's memories and habits? Re: This has finally come to and end
So what is your explanation for your sisters performance on the same pc, same account, same house? In your opinion, what was the main factor that she was on top of her performance that game?cursed-gamer wrote: ↑11 Jan 2024, 08:03Make 100% headshots and 50+ kills on DM and come back.beirut__ wrote: ↑11 Jan 2024, 05:17Have you thought about your sister that that day she quoued with the enemis that dont know how to hold angles or peek or whatever? The answer to the question is the same as why your body should affect the performance of your computer in any way. It is: I DON'T KNOWbeirut__ wrote: ↑11 Jan 2024, 09:05So what is your explanation for your sisters performance on the same pc, same account, same house? Well you said that you performed greatly on DM. What was your body like when you were doing that? Your analogy is not right.cursed-gamer wrote: ↑11 Jan 2024, 09:59The answer to the question is the same as why your body should affect the performance of your computer in any way.
