Input lag that increase over times

Hello guys, i have an issue where right after i start my computer and start playing the game (valorant) feel super responsive then round after round, game after game everything start to be more and more delayed until it's basically impossible to play or micro adjust cause of how delay it is

I tried basically everything i could find in the past 2 month, bios settings, multiple windows reinstallation, windows tweak, it's still the same, all these tweak definitely improved the baseline input lag but still over times, round after round the game feels more and more delayed

Specs are :
CPU: 13900KF
MB: Z790 AORUS ELITE AX
GPU: KFA2 RTX 2070
RAM: DDR5 GSKILL 6400MHZ CL32
SSD: CRUCIAL MX500
MOUSE: LAMZU ATLANTIS 4K
MONITOR: ZOWIE XL2566K
