Have any of you tried to play after the new update? A lot of people seem to have good impression after playing. Did you notice any sort of difference in terms of input delay?

Yes, 64tick is unfixable no matter what settings you tweak. We had cl_updaterate 100 and sys_ticrate 10000 in 2004 in CS1.3 with intel Pentium Single cores, but are back to 64 ticks in 2024

Is it me or they "solved" peekers advantage by crippling the aim/movement during peeks? Im thinking they believe that everybody has so bad reflexes that they dont recognize it same way like they thought nobody will recognize the huge input latency of the game itself...
But i definitely see a newly added 1 tick delay at every peek (this buffer time gained they used to "smooth out" the movement), they are so desperate that instead of tuning down timings trough netcode (which is impossible as its broken by design and there is nowhere to get any improvement in timings) they secretly crippled peekers movement to not be able to aim at opponent so fast.

The whole game starts to be a dumpster fire, DoA and fraud in one package... We definitely need a new cs, but not from valve.
