Need suggestions for new Motherboard

Hey fellas im at that point to upgrade my old Intel 6700k.
I want to get a AMD 7800X3D with 6000 MHZ DDR5
Ive got an 1000W EVGA power supply and a GIGABYTE 3080
I'm looking for a new Motherboard to go with the 7800X3D.
In the past i've had an ASUS Motherboard (Z270 Pro gaming) with 6700K and was
pretty satisfied in terms of Overclocking, features and DPC Latency.
I want to get the best Motherboard in terms of low latency and Features for
the upcoming 7800X3D and hope you guys could help me with your Experience
and suggestions would be much appreciatet
