i had years of issues with my Ps5 controller without knowing where it came from but than i found a solution on reddit..
its pretty simple if you have multible wifi networks or even wired networks in your network settings. just delete all of them restart your ps5 and choose only 1 network youre going with. Then your controller input should be very smooth not perfect but way better then before. ive read its because when you have 2 networks or even more the ps 5 tries to call or communicate with all of them and this causes lag somehow .
