Optimal Settings for Lenovo Legion R25i-30?

Hi fellow busters, I bought this monitor like 1-2 month ago, frankly I have no knowledge about monitors and their technologies etc. I generally watch movies, anime, I do not play game that much so yeah. I don't know what should I enable nor disable, and seen many bad comments about HDR 400 should I enable it? Thanks.
