Hi, when i play league or last epoch theres some stutters /fps drops and i noticed that my cpu has runs at ~3000 mhz.
windows 10
latest drivers / bios / chipset
2 monitors - 144 hz and 60hz
ram - xmp 2
pbo enabled tried pbo2 as well no difference in performance other than lower temps
ryzen 5 5600x
rtx 3060ti
asrock b550 phantom gaming 4/ac
g skill ripjaws 32gb 3600mhz cl 16
seasonic 80+ bronze 650w
