DWM Mouse Tweak

Not sure if this tweak is on here so i'll post it.

I'm not sure about CursorSensitivity and IRRemoteNavigationDelta (saw this on an some forum) but CursorUpdateInterval seems to work and now my mouse feels the same when i'm on 60hz compared to 180hz

Could you please provide specific descriptions for each registry entry and any original sources? I couldn't find this folder under the corresponding registry path on my system.
