It stops when I stop the movement. stutters seem to align with increased I/O reads. My SSD is Kingston A2000. It's a poor NVME SSD but is it really the root cause of the issues or is it just the game?
I've upgraded to 32 GB because I heard many people got their stuttering problems fixed with RAM upgrade. It seemed to did nothing.
