Can it be ftpm input lag?

Prime b-450k ii 2
After reseting bios settings to default its showing that dtpm is selected, but after pc restart i see ftpm selected, and i cant change it to dtpm why?

I cant, i tried a lot of bios versions, in all is dtpm default but its changing to ftpm, i dont understand how it works, i saw somewhere that ftpm causing shutters, i have a lot of shutters with ryzen 7 5700x amd 6700xt ins cs2

For me personally it felt like it. Went from w11 to w10 with ftpm/secure boot disabled and finally played lag free.
I observed PC was feeling better before doing these tho, I had proceeded to unplug the PC for a few hours to change up my setup a bit.
Safe bet is using w10 with it off for sure.
A big lot of people have issues with FTPM.
Not sure about input lag but it definitely causes stutter.
