Best kind of setup up for Parsec ?

Hi I run Parsec on an Acer nitro 5 laptop, Its an ok base level gaming laptop.
I was thinking of upgrading to a Desktop with Monitor. I'm concerned there'd be latency added compared to my laptop.
Am I being stupid and what would be Very good choices for that set up.

dont buy PC bro!
what you need to perfect:
good gaming laptop + monitor
and battery station for charge your lap + powerON monitor.
if you use lan you can try find "rj45 emi filter" or like that.
that is better way for avoid all bad things...
