ASUS TUF VG279QM 240 Hz FPS Drops

I recently upgraded to a dual monitor set-up including an ASUS TUF VG279QM 240 Hz (new) and an older ASUS 165 Hz monitor. I hadn't had any FPS issues until I plugged in my new monitor. I've tried troubleshooting the issue with things such as swapping display port cords, using only the newer monitor, etc. I swapped back to my old monitor and the issues subsided, but regardless if I'm using two monitors or not, the newer monitor will drop FPS. I've utilized the FPS test and it drops frames with that as well as in-game. Both have GSYNC Enabled, GPU drivers are updated and safe installed, monitor drivers have been downloaded from ASUS, I've swapped to dual display with the nvidaprofilemanager, I've disabled vsync and I've had no luck thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current set up:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600KF @ 3.90GHz
