This option gave me less desync
I was looking at options on my router and tweaking some without improvement, until I found something called IGMP in the multicast section. For some reason, the IP linked to my internet was set to automatic. I changed it to an option called IGMPv3, and it greatly improved my online gameplay. I've been testing it for a few days now

yes that, I just switched it to v3 and that's it. I'm not even sure if it slightly reduced my overall input lag, but that might be me being a bit paranoidSlender wrote: ↑08 Sep 2024, 14:11this?Asesino34 wrote: ↑08 Sep 2024, 13:59I was looking at options on my router and tweaking some without improvement, until I found something called IGMP in the multicast section. yes it affect.
edit: i think you feel better because v3 have better optimized snopping. I think main thing is disable igmp snooping.

I tested it by disabling it, but it was worse, so I left it as it was with v3, although I don't have the proxy optionSlender wrote: ↑08 Sep 2024, 15:21set this.Asesino34 wrote: ↑08 Sep 2024, 14:54yes that, I just switched it to v3 and that's it.
