Street Fighter 6 Optimal setup/settings?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there's anyone who'd know the main things to look out for hardware or software wise for a competitive SF6 PC setup to achieve the lowest input lag? Like those used in Capcom Cup for example.

Things I'd like to know for example:
Monitor brand and refresh rate used
Nvidia settings used (G-sync, V-sync and other specific settings)
Windows related settings (game mode..etc)
SF6 In-game settings

My current setup is LG32GK850G G-Sync 1440p 144hz monitor along with RTX 4070 super GPU, if the settings can apply to my setup great, but if not I'm willing to purchase new things to set it up.

Any help would be much appreciated and I apologize in advance if this thread doesn't belong in this section.
