To put it simply, I used to play SFV on a 240Hz screen, with VRR off, and even though the game was locked at 60fps, the input lag was considerably reduced compared to 60Hz with VSync off.
Today, on SF6, the feeling isn't the same at all. I don't feel any benefit, sometimes I even feel like it's worse!! I feel like playing on a high refresh rate screen doesn't help like it used to!!
I know the engine isn't the same anymore; they switched from UE4 to the RE Engine. Where do you think this could be coming from? And what solution can you provide?
