Mouse Input Lag/Delay on Boot etc

Mouse Input Lag and weird feel when peripherals like mouse and keyboard are connected to usb port while booting up.
A fix i have found is
The normal motherboard usb ports cause me input lag which is insanely noticeable so what i did was My monitor has a usb hub i connect the mouse usb receiver to the usb and plug the usb a of the (usb a to usb b cable) to the motherboard usb 3.0 after my windows is loaded fully. But everytime i restart i have to remove the usb receiver from the monitor usb hub and the usb b to a cable from motherboard basically repeating the whole process. I have no clue whats the issue. Does someone have a fix ? Is my motherboard faulty? I dont know if sending it to RMA would even fix this problem since i dont know whats causing this issue. Either Power problem or Motherboard or something else i have no clue
