I was reading this review of the ASUS ROG Swift pg279q IPS Monitor:

Under the Overclocking section, it mentions that the average G2G delay increases from 5.2ms at 144hz to 6.0ms at 165hz.
When comparing the G2G delay to the monitor's refresh interval at those rates in ms, you get:
5.2/6.94 (144)
6.0/6.06 (165)
Considering this, what would be the "better" option to go with.
How much does it matter to have a G2G delay closer to or farther away from the refresh interval?
