20 series and maybe 10 series p0 state forcing.

For responsiveness reasons I use the lowest settings on overwatch and this results in the 20 series cards usually running at base frequency. There used to be a few ways to force p0 state (always max clock) on 900 series cards. But alas none of them seem to work for 20 series cards and I believe the situation is the same for the 1080 and 1080 ti.

If anyone has any information on how to force these cards to always run at full clock let me know. Might shave off 0.8ms input lag.

If you use msi afterburner you can use the fan curve and ctrl+l a point on the curve to make it stick.
