When i go to display settings it says that is 239hz and other people with the same monitor have 240hz.
And 1 more thing how to plug it in with display port? beacuse when i tried it said that hdmi2 not detected so i had to plug in the hdmi

No, it doesnt exactly say 240hz.

I had approximately 7 units of Dell AW2518HF ( i kept returning them until i got good one without major backlight bleeding) and i can guarantee you, that every unit showed 239hz
