I heard this is really good for GPU bound games where low frames will experience low latency even if they are in the 60-100 FPS range compared to someone who is on higher frames. My question is would this still apply if say I am on 60-100 FPS range and high graphics with "ultra" for low latency mode compared to someone who is like 240 fps+, would our latency by same?
Should I enable this even for high FPS games like CSGO,lol, Fortnite where I can easily get 240 fps or only for games that struggle to get past my refresh rate? For example Apex legends is always fluctuating and doesn't give me high FPS, I think ultra low latency is perfect for it.
Also when should I decide to turn on vs to set it to ultra?

For 60fps it's like a 3ms difference it's not that big.
22-30% increase in performance.

Re: Questions about Nvidia ultra low latency mode
I have an old machine so my fps constantly fluctuate with CS:GO, even being a DX9 game, however I do see peaks of 300fps. This is at 1080p everything on low and multi-core rendering enabled. With Ultra Latency on I do notice frame skipping. It's just a feeling and not scientifically examined. When I enable v-sync with my Nvidia gpu and vg248qe everything becomes smooth.
