[SHARE and HELP] RTSS Scanline Sync on 24MP59G-P for stable 75fps CS GO

Post by bwaybwoy » 11 Feb 2020, 06:10

I finally manage to use RTSS scanline sync on my monitor 75hz at stable 75 FPS CSGO.
I use 1024x768 4:3 black bar and it is hellaaa smooooth! my setting on scanline sync is -80

my spec:
amd ryzen 3 2200g
gtx 960
ssd 500gb panther
mobo asrock b450
ram ddr 4 8gb panther 2600 single channel
led LG 24MP59G-P

a thing that i'm still curious is that I can't manage to use freesync on! sadly my boy gtx 960 can't handle that feature...

I can reach that 75 fps after I set ingame CSGO setting to 1024x768 with scanline sync on at -80. how to be able to get 75 fps if i set my ingame video setting to 1400x1050? because everytime i set that 1400x1050 my fps is only able to get 60 while scanline sync on. does my pc not have enough power? i tried turning low all ingame graphic setting but still I couldn't get 75 fps, only stuck at 60 fps.

thanks all

Make sure you're actually running 75Hz and not 60Hz when switching to the higher resolution.
