I want seamless and low input lag in Escape from Tarkov with a 240Hz monitor.

I know that for least input lag but nice image you want GSYNC, VSYNC on in NVCP, 240HZ + -3fps framerate cap in game or if not in NVCP framerate cap, but tarkov only has framerate cap to 120, so i use the NVCP framerate cap to have it higher than that. Now im wondering if i should cap this to 237fps. That will cause my game to change in fps and run gpu at 90-98%. Should i put framerate cap to like 144fps to have more open capacity for gpu to play with? I heard 98% and above is bad for input lag.

Edit: I have a 2070 Super GPU. Is below 90% usage prefered?
