Nvidia low latency mode vs scnaline sync, who win?

hi guys,

Since nvidia bring low latency mode was asking myself if scanline sync still get better inputlag than N.U.L.L ?

Ive tried both it seems N.U.L.L have a little more input lag but im not really sure, hope you can help.
